The article introduces the manufacturing process, installation steps, structural characteristics, color, performance characteristics, and size of antistatic rubber sheets.

Anti-static rubber sheet is made of various materials including static conductive material, static dissipative material and synthetic rubber.

The surface layer is a static dissipative layer having a thickness of about 0.3-0.5 mm, and the bottom layer is a conductive layer having a thickness of about 1.5-1.7 mm. The anti-static rubber sheet has a longer effective service life, and has excellent characteristics of preventing acid, alkali and chemical corrosion. Anti-static rubber sheet is very wear-resistant and easy to clean. Antistatic rubber sheet is generally 10m in length, 1.0m and 1.2m in width, and there are many colors to choose from: green, gray, blue, black, etc.

Anti-static rubber sheet can be divided into matt or bright. These rubber sheets can be customized according to customer's requirements. Wooden floors, asphalt floors, 2nd floor and above are all insulated floors. Before laying antistatic rubber sheets, copper sheets need to be installed on the ground, and the copper sheets should be mounted on the ground in a rectangular grid with horizontal and vertical intersections. The distance, size and quantity of copper sheets shall be determined according to the construction requirements of the site. Fix the mounting copper sheet and connect it to the static ground wire to discharge the static electricity conveniently. The non-insulated ground such as the cement floor and terrazzo floor on the first floor can install anti-static rubber plate directly.
